We offer refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or process your refund.

No, for safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed products. Only unopened, damaged, or defective cans qualify for refunds or replacements.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Please email us immediately with “Order Cancellation” in the subject line.

We don’t offer product exchanges since our drinks are consumable. If the product was incorrect or damaged, we’ll send a replacement instead.
