This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for all orders placed on www.lunaandsamaa.com.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Area
Currently, Luna & Samaa ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, please note that shipping times may vary for remote or rural areas.
2. Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is placed:
· You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
· Once shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Peak Season Notice:
During holidays, promotional periods, or new product launches, order processing times may extend to 5–7 business days due to high demand. We appreciate your patience during these times.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with reliable U.S. carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

4. Free Shipping
We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax) within the continental United States.
Orders below $50 will be subject to a flat rate of $4.99 for standard shipping.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email containing your carrier and tracking number.
You can use this number to monitor your delivery status on the carrier’s website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
If your tracking number doesn’t show updates right away, please allow 24–48 hours for the system to update.
6. Address Accuracy
To ensure successful delivery:
· Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
· We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us within 2 hours at info@lunasamaa.com with your order number. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
After that, we cannot guarantee any changes as your order may already be in fulfillment.
To request a change or cancellation, email us immediately at info@lunasamaa.com with your:

· Name
· Requested change or cancellation
We will confirm via email whether your request can be processed.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot ship to:
· P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses
· International addresses (outside the U.S.)
· Freight forwarding companies
Energy drinks are liquid products and may be restricted from certain shipping methods. We comply fully with carrier and federal shipping guidelines for liquid consumables.
9. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:
1. Check your tracking number to confirm the delivery status.
2. Verify that the shipping address you provided is correct.
3. If the carrier’s tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:
o Check with your neighbors or building management.
o Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early.
If you still haven’t received your order after 48 hours, please email us at info@lunasamaa.com with your order number. We’ll assist you in filing a missing package claim with the carrier.
⚠️ Note: Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Luna & Samaa cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For added security, consider using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.
10. Damaged or Leaking Orders
We take extra care in packaging your energy drinks, but sometimes damage can occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or missing items:
1. Take clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
2. Email us at info@lunasamaa.com within 7 days of delivery.
3. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement shipment or full refund as quickly as possible.
We cannot process claims submitted after 7 days from delivery.
11. Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Energy drinks are temperature-sensitive. During warmer months, please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery promptly.
Luna & Samaa is not responsible for damage caused by heat exposure or products left unattended after delivery.
12. Delays and Force Majeure
We strive to deliver on time, but sometimes delays are beyond our control. These include:
· Severe weather
· Natural disasters
· Strikes, labor disputes, or carrier delays
· Pandemic-related disruptions
Luna & Samaa is not liable for delays caused by such events. However, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and minimize inconvenience.
13. Split Shipments
If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, we may ship available items first and send remaining items separately — at no extra cost.
You’ll receive multiple tracking numbers in such cases.
