However, we always aim to make things right. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective items, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund after verification.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damaged package and product.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product or flavor, we’ll send the correct one at no additional cost.

  • Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective or expired upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on opened or consumed products, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Opened or partially consumed energy drinks

  • Products purchased on clearance or during promotional sales

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Any product returned after the 7-day period

  • Products that were not purchased directly from our official website (www.lunaandsamaa.com)

Please note that because our energy drinks are perishable, we cannot restock or resell returned products due to strict quality control and FDA safety standards.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your drinks arrive fresh and intact. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at gepardwebs@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, full name, and a clear photo of the damaged or defective product and its packaging.

  3. Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Once your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement shipment at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval.

Once the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company first before reaching out to our team.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Include your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you can contact us to explore available options.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct product exchanges due to the consumable nature of our items. However, if you received the wrong product or flavor, we’ll send you the correct replacement at no extra charge after verifying your claim.


8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Since energy drinks are perishable and subject to health regulations, we do not require physical returns for defective or incorrect products. Instead, we may request photographic evidence for verification.

If a return is approved under specific conditions, the following applies:

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped or damaged items).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your refund approval.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.
